This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Gay Kitesurf Club, and we’re celebrating it in our own way with a relaxed, kitesurf driven social getaway in Preá, Brazil, the heart of kitesurfing in the country.
We’ve secured a brand new private condominium made up of several three-bedroom, three-bathroom villas all next to each other—perfect for sharing with old friends or meeting new ones from the Gay Kitesurf community. You’ll have more privacy, more comfort, and a more connected vibe than ever before.
All through August, the space is ours. There’ll be plenty of communal areas to hang out, a private chef taking care of meals, and of course, daily kite sessions including downwinders for different levels. We’ll visit to Jericoacoara for a change of scene and some local exploring.
Whether you’re up for a for just a week, a few weeks, coming solo or with someone, you can choose to relax, ride, or even work remotely from a place that feels like home, only way more fun.

The Villa in Preá
The villa is just a 200 meter walk from the beach, not far from Rancho do Peixe, in a very quiet area, meaning the beach in front feels practically exclusive to us.This will also be the very first summer the villa is open, so we’ll be the first guests to enjoy it everything is brand new!
Preá is an ideal destination for anyone visiting northeastern Brazil. Located in the central part of the Ceará coastline, it offers easy access to explore other kite spots both north and south before or after your stay. The town is fairly large and provides all the essential services. Wind conditions are consistent almost every day,

Weekly Downwinds Included
Each week, we'll organize two downwinds adapted to all levels: one short, perfect for beginners or those looking for a more relaxed ride, and a longer one to Guriú or Tatajuba for the more adventurous. Always in a group, with logistical support to ensure fun and safety.
Photographer during the Downwinds
A professional photographer will accompany us during the downwinds to capture your best moments on the water. At the end of each week, you'll receive a selection of high-quality photos to relive these unforgettable experiences with friends and fellow kite enthusiasts.
Beach boy service
Our dedicated Beach Boy will be there to help you launch and land your kite safely during peak hours, making your sessions smoother and easier. He’ll also check and take care of your gear before you hit the water, pure worry-free kiting!

The complex consists of 4 villas, each with shared areas, several bathrooms, and three double bedrooms. In addition, there is a pool, garden, and a dining and relaxation area for the entire complex.
Each villa can accommodate between 3 people in single occupancy and up to 6 people in shared occupancy.
Therefore, we can host up to a maximum of 24 people per week.

Reservations are made for full weeks, from the first week of August to the last. The check-in and check-out dates are as follows:
First week: August 2nd to 9th
Second week: August 9th to 16th
Third week: August 16th to 23rd
Last week: August 23rd to 30th
You just need to decide how many weeks you want to stay.

Yes, from the moment you make your pre-booking, you have a one-week cancellation period.
Once the payment is requested starting from May 5th, you will need to pay the full amount for your stay, and that amount will not be refundable unless you find someone else to take your place.

Right next to the villas, there are several schools where you can take kitesurf lessons and rent equipment if needed. We will also provide you with a list of contacts for other services like transfers, equipment rentals, and vehicle rentals, so you can arrange them directly. Additionally, we will try to negotiate some special discounts for our club members.

How do I book my room?

Make your pre-booking for your room by May 5th, 2025. Spaces are limited and will be assigned to the first applicants. There will be a waiting list in case all spots are filled.

Once we have received your pre-booking, starting from May 5th, we will contact you to proceed with the full payment for your stay. You will have 48 hours to complete the payment. If the payment is not received within this time, your reservation will be canceled, and another member from the club's waiting list will be able to take your room.

Once we have received your payment, we will send you your room confirmation, and you'll be able to start looking for your flights. We'll see you in Brazil to kick off the best summer of your life!
